Public Hearing Notice for Proposed Rezone and Special Approval Use

The Charter Township of Alpena Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday,
August 12, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall located at 4385 US 23 North, Alpena, Michigan
49707, (989) 356-0297. The following cases will be heard:

Case #P-04-19
I2P, LLC requests that Parcel No. 018-103-000-116-01 be REZONED from Community Business
(B-3) to Light Industrial (I-1). Property is located at 2329 US 23 South.

Case #P-03-19
Tyler Dietz requests a SPECIAL APPROVAL USE to operate a landscaping business. Property is located at 4541 US 23 North, Parcel No. 012-003-000-551-00 in a Mixed Residential (R-3) zone district.

This meeting is open to the public. Written comments should be addressed to the Planning
Commission at the above address and should be received prior to the hearing. A map of the
proposed rezone may be viewed at the Building Safety Department located in the Township Hall.
