Mechanical and Plumbing Permits
Mechanical and Plumbing Permits are now issued through Alpena Township.Please note that the Township of Alpena now enforces the Mechanical and Plumbing Codes and issues these permits as of July 1, 2016. Mechanical and Plumbing permits issued by the state of Michigan prior to this date will continue to be inspected by the state inspector. These permits and commercial plan review applications are available at the township in the building department or HERE.
